Extensive, hands-on history with reality capture technologies and 3D laser scanning is required. Experience with electric substation modeling, utility infrastructure, or large-scale civil projects is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of reality capture hardware (high-definition scanners, mobile mappers, UAS payload systems).
- Mastery of data processing software (Leica Register 360, Autodesk ReCap, Trimble Business Center, CloudCompare) and the synthesis of complex point clouds into advanced 3D models, surfaces, and linework.
- Deep familiarity with enterprise CAD environments (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and GIS ecosystems (Esri ArcGIS platform).
